紙袋裝18萬當垃圾丟　洗車小弟被控竊盜

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】在萬華擔任汽修廠業務員的34歲陳姓業務員，上月26日下午2時許，在板橋收完貨款後，將車子送往長江1家洗車場洗車及清潔，然後在附近吃午餐。路上突然想到裝貨款的紙袋，還放在副駕駛座，便趕緊打電話給洗車場。

洗車行老闆詢問負責洗車的19歲賴姓員工，賴男表示已把紙袋當成垃圾丟棄。陳男於是氣急敗壞的趕到洗車場，並打110報警。警方調查，洗車場的垃圾桶旁有監視器，但並未發現賴男有拿紙袋丟棄，也沒在賴男身上找到失蹤的18萬。但陳男堅持提告，警方訊後將賴男依竊盜罪函送法辦。
