銀行及奢侈稅問題!

二年多前買的房子,在第一間銀行繳了二年的貸款後轉了第二間現在轉到第二家銀行只不過三個月,這二年多的時間付款都正常,現在因家庭因素想把房子賣了,可行嗎???會不會有奢侈稅的問題,在銀行方面算違約嗎???

不會有奢侈稅的問題，但銀行方面可能會有違約的問題，要看你們當初簽訂的合約是否有綁約。
