性侵8歲小姪女　禽獸舅舅遭起訴

【綜合報導／新北報導】新北市1名8歲女童，暑假期間到外婆家玩時，舅舅見女童天真可愛竟心生邪念，趁著四下無人之際性侵姪女得逞。天真無邪的女童返家後將實情告訴姊姊，女童母親輾轉得知，氣得衝回娘家興師問罪並報警。

狼舅見罪證確鑿，坦承當時一時色慾薰心，才失控犯下不可原諒惡行，警方調查後將禽獸舅舅函送法辦。檢方全案偵結後，依妨害性自主罪嫌將這名禽獸舅舅提起公訴。
