美國務卿凱瑞會見蕭萬長 強調貿易自由化

【陳郁仁／台北報導】美國在台協會（AIT）發佈新聞稿表示，代表美國總統歐巴馬出席今年ＡＰＥＣ領袖高峰會議的美國國務卿凱瑞，今與來自台灣的領袖代表蕭萬長會面，凱瑞在會面中提及，台美兩國人民在貿易和經濟上有緊密的關係，台灣貿易的自由化，在未來至關重要。

凱瑞也提到，台灣獲得美國免簽後，赴美人數變多，不但增加雙邊人民對彼此的瞭解，也增加了美國在觀光旅遊業上的就業機會。
