颱風逼近北台灣　父母攜女觀風浪

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市大武崙海邊，浪花1度高達3層樓，風強雨驟，民眾觀浪熱度不減，1名小女童隨爸媽看海，還興奮的手足舞蹈，數度被大雨逼退後又挺進岸際欄杆前，不顧危險，海巡人員表示，會勸導觀浪民眾不要靠近岸邊，也呼籲民眾，颱風期間切勿到海邊觀浪，以免發生危險。
