中颱菲特來襲　土地公廟升起躲淹水

【楊忠翰／台北報導】中颱菲特正逐漸進入台灣北部海面，目前中部以北及花蓮以北地區已進入暴風圈範圍內，陸上警戒範圍也擴大至南投。台北市、新北市及宜蘭山區要特別持續性劇烈降雨釀災，預計今晚到明天清晨菲特逐漸減弱遠離，降雨情況才會慢慢趨緩。

今天上午10時台北市開始關閉水門，11時進行拖吊，下午1時全部關閉。時近中午，士林三腳渡碼頭因颱風及漲潮的緣故，河水已漫至堤外便道上，水面至少有1個腳踝的高度，當地著名的土地公廟「天德宮」亦升至1層樓的高度，藉以因應菲特颱風帶來的淹水災情。
