【羅琦文／高雄報導】菲特颱風掠過北台灣，外環氣流影響到南部，高雄夜晚風勢變強，位於南屏路一處建築工地，掛滿廣告的鷹架不堪風壓，夜晚四時許突然垮下，幸好深夜沒什麼人車經過，並未造成任何人員受傷，市府違建拆除大隊獲報趕到現場處理，除管制現場安全，並且通知施工單位前來將鷹架清除。
