颱風菲特來襲，氣象局今日下午兩點半發陸上颱風警報，新竹縣政府也在晚間七點半宣布，明天（6日）全縣照常上班上課。新竹縣縣長邱鏡淳也提醒民眾，預先做好防颱準備，並注意自身安全。
