小妹為國立四中碩資工所畢，考慮後要從這兩家抉擇... 想請問版上各位大大，哪一個較具未來&公司發展性呢? 公司華寶盟創地點台北內湖新竹竹科職稱手機BSP工程師軟體工程師年薪 (N+2)*14 (N+8)*14(已含年終1個月) +年終+分紅(看營運狀況) +分紅(看營運狀況但聽說幾乎沒有?!) 福利一般一般餐費補助(午餐30)、福利點數兌換工時 9點~20點 9點~20點出差大陸、歐美無住所租屋租屋交通大眾運輸機車註要依國外客戶時差來加班，周末加班可以補修... 年薪算出來兩家公司沒有差太多 !!! 但聽說要選擇底薪高的對分紅與下一份工作比較有利？以環境來說對於台北比較熟悉，但台北租房子費用就是多了那麼一點點... 工作內容是華寶的比較熟悉，對於網通產業完全沒有經驗與概念... 願意學習新事物，但興趣比較傾向前者... 由於經濟因素，月中就要報到上班了...
