罕見十月暴風雪 橫掃美中各地釀災

【大紀元2013年10月06日訊】(據民視新聞報導) 台灣這一陣子越來越有秋天氣息，不過美國中西部，卻下起了少見的十月雪，造成部份地區停班停課，還有大段州際公路被迫封閉，有如提前進入耶誕節的白色世界。

大雪紛飛之下，南達科塔州的一條重要州際公路，被迫封閉超過300公里的路段。隔壁的懷俄明州，也傳出樹木倒塌、電纜斷裂等災情。

除了大雪，這場風暴還刮起了好幾道龍捲風。而隨著風暴系統向東移動，也將為整個中西部，帶來可觀的降雨量。

美國氣象單位表示，這麼大規模的十月風暴，恐怕每十年才會出現一次。
