【劉志原／台北報導】台北地檢署今晚以證人身份傳訊總統馬英九以釐清檢察總長黃世銘向馬報告王金平關說案是否涉及洩密，馬晚間6時從總統府走地道至北檢第4辦公室，接受檢察官偵訊，直到晚間9時40分結束，目前馬已回到總統府內。
