菲特颱靠近 是否警報4日關鍵

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北3日電）今年第23號輕度颱風菲特往台灣靠近。中央氣象局今天晚間說，是否發布海上颱風警報，4日是關鍵。

根據氣象局今晚最新資料顯示，菲特颱風中心位置距離鵝鑾鼻東方約940公里，以每小時10公里速度，朝北轉北北西行進。

氣象局說，是否發布菲特海上颱風警報，正密切注意中，明天是關鍵期，要看太平洋高壓是否會將菲特更推向台灣。

氣象局說，無論是否發布警報，5日、6日颱風外圍環流就會影響台灣，加上東北季風雙重效應，北部及東半部都會降雨。1021003
