內科5期商辦需求　上季回溫

【劉曉霞／台北報導】高力國際台灣分公司董事總經理劉學龍觀察，台北市內科商辦市場近期又回復熱絡，特別是內科5期區域，完成4件大型交易，這些大樓都放超過2年以上，終於在第3季以不錯的價格出脫。

高力統計，未來2年在市場供給仍大於需求的情況下，租金難有明顯成長，預計漲幅僅1~2%。雖然各級辦公室第3季租金較上季小幅上漲，平均租金開價每月每坪約2000元，但實際成交價約1776元。
