4歲性騷擾　20歲男犯被判終身監禁

【綜合報導】英國一名20歲男子奇普查斯(Daniel Chipchase，日前被裁定多項性侵罪成，遭判終身監禁。但奇普查斯早在3歲就畫出性器官的圖畫，被認定是「潛在性性侵犯」。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，奇普查斯在4歲時，於學校對一名男同學摸下體性騷擾，並企圖性侵一名女同學。5歲時他被送到一個寄養家庭但無改過，13歲時更性侵一名10歲女童，最後被送入兒童之家接受輔導。

不過江山易改，本性難移。奇普查斯在去年10月，被揭發在一個公廁內性侵一名6歲男童被捕，之後有兩名女童分別向警方報稱，在5歲和6歲時遭奇普查斯性姦。

律師指奇普查斯也是性侵受害者，曾目擊母親受暴力對待，心理受影響。法官鑑於奇普查斯可能對兒童構成嚴重威脅，判他5次終身監禁，同期執行，兼永久列入性罪犯名冊，強調「判被告終身監禁，是唯一能永久保護公眾的刑罰」。
