保全證據　柯建銘下午按鈴告黃世銘

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘與黨籍立委下午2點將赴台北地檢署按鈴申告，針對洩密部分控告檢察總長黃世銘，藉此保全所有證據，柯建銘說，請檢察官、法官扣查所有錄音帶、文件，即使是空白也好，至少有實體，柯建銘指出，特偵組的監聽譯文不完整，裡面也有跟律師的對話，將來會在法院上提供。民進黨立委陳其邁指出，總統專用手機為「0936...」，請馬總統公布相關通聯，與黃世銘每次通話時間多長？何時通話？

柯建銘委任律師陳一銘表示，台北地檢署擬以證人身分傳喚馬英九，希望讓柯以案件告訴人、被害人身分在場聆聽，透過參與釐清真相，也避免吃案可能。
