標題[請問] 有關驅動程式的法律問題

我想請問我自己寫的程式會需要使用到一些軟體(例如:GOOGLE EARTH) 或是某些驅動程式這些東西都可以在個別的官方網站免費下載到如果我下載後包進我自己寫的Install檔中(會自動安裝那些程式&驅動) 再發給朋友或同事自動安裝會不會有法律上的問題?(著作權之類的) 再如果是把Install檔交給客戶或是廠商也有沒有法律問題? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.97.46
