小S代言塑身衣　查封對手瑪麗蓮財產

【劉志原╱台北報導】藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣，與名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣，商場戰爭延燒進法院，維娜斯指控瑪麗蓮盜用「推推指」商標，瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強日前遭依違反《商標法》起訴，維娜斯認為對方已造成公司2.6億元損失，聲請假押扣瑪麗蓮財產，台北地院已執行查封，維娜斯集團下午將對外說明。

維娜斯委任律師表示，維娜斯從台北地檢署起訴的帳冊中，發現瑪麗蓮盜用「推推指」商標獲利2.6億元，因此先執行假扣押，凍住對方財產，日後會再提起民事訴訟向瑪麗蓮求償。

維娜斯與瑪麗蓮的商戰除商標案件外，維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴。
