〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕健保「節流」，腦筋先動到精神科病人身上！民間監督健保聯盟今（3）天表示，8月起陸續接獲醫師投訴，為管控藥費，健保署中區業務組竟然拿弱勢精神疾病患者開刀，以試辦計畫嚴格限制每人每日藥費須低於55元，連一杯飲料都不如，影響所及包括老人失智、兒童自閉、憂鬱症等，全被迫改用副作用大便宜老藥。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/PAXIILdAg6A" height="1" width="1"/>
