核發特偵組監聽挨轟　立委追究周占春責任

【丁牧群／台北報導】特偵組監聽立法院總機引發滿城風雨，立法院今天把砲口轉向核發監聽票的台北地院及主管機關司法院。立委呂學樟質詢北院院長吳水木，是不是周占春法官浮濫核發近30張監聽票給特偵組，吳吞吐回答：「程序不公開，叫我怎麼講呢？」
 
呂學樟接著質問司法院秘書長林錦芳，像周占春這種「烏龍法官」要不要送法官評鑑委員會調查，林回答：「沒看到案卷資料，無法回答。」呂進一步要求司法院一個月內調查清楚周占春有無行政責任或刑責，林答：「不知能不能調到案卷。」呂不悅地說：「司法院被凍結的預算一個月後再來審！」
