機車撞路人雙受傷送醫　騎士傷重不治

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】嘉義市64歲男子林瑞為上個月晚上騎機車行經中埔鄉嘉135線時，疑天色黑暗加上雨勢不斷視線不明，撞上路人葉大墩（48歲），2人重傷送醫，林男昨因氣胸內出血宣告不治，葉男左胸、右手骨折仍住院治療中。檢警今天勘驗，林男家屬沒有意見。 
 
警方調查，9月21日晚上6時許，葉男飲酒後沿嘉135線從中埔村往石硦村方向徒步行走，行經51公里處時突遭林男騎乘的機車從後撞擊，人車倒地，兩人雙雙送醫，林男10月1日下午不治。
