半夜申告不成毀地檢署對講機　女遭訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】王姓女子(46歲)今年7月30日晚上11時到台中地檢署地下室拘留所外，不斷按壓門外對講機，表示要申告，值班法警告訴她，若要申告須白天上班時間去櫃台填單，半夜猛按對講機沒有用。
 
王女不滿法警的說法，吵著要見檢察官，並因此心生不滿，徒手毀壞門鈴對講機。台中地檢署依妨害公務罪將王女提起公訴。
