議員批近年北市警局監聽件數暴增

【許麗珍／台北報導】台北市議員林國成昨質詢指出，近期特偵組爆發疑似違法監聽，導致人心惶惶，他向北市警察局調閱監聽案件數資料發現，警局向地檢署申請監聽案逐年攀升，2008年核准923件，2012年暴增到1614件。

北市警察局市刑大大隊長黃明昭回應，監聽件數確實有增加，但主要針對社會犯罪部分增加監聽對象，包括為了追蹤校園青少年販毒源頭就占68%，另外是監聽掃黑專案的黑道成員，和監聽一般民眾無關。
