古坑推廣竹筍　創意料理免費試吃

【李政遠／雲林報導】古坑麻竹筍種植面積約2600多公頃，除了鮮吃，也可製成筍乾、筍簽、桶筍、醬漬及罐頭食品。雲林縣政府、古坑鄉公所為推廣「2013古坑在地風味竹筍料理」，在32多道竹筍創意料理中，選出十大經典竹筍手路菜。
 
今日上午在古坑綠色隧道舉辦「古坑黃金宴」手路菜端上桌活動，現場邀請得獎者重現古坑黃金宴，民眾只要憑3張發票，即可兌換免費試吃及投票券1張，品嚐完10道竹筍料理後，票選出心目中「最佳美味」、「最佳創意」及「最佳擺盤」，現場筍香飄散。
