恐襲攻擊前　肯亞政府曾接獲警告

【綜合報導】根據肯亞當地媒體報導，肯亞國內多位高級行政官員，包括內政部長、外交部長、財政部長、國防部長與各軍種指揮官，在震驚世界的西門商場(Westgate)恐怖攻擊發生前，就已經收到可能發生大規模襲擊的相關資訊與預警。平面媒體指出，當時原本國際間的恐怖攻擊威脅就已經增加，更有消息指出恐怖分子計畫本月13日到20日間，將攻擊首都奈洛比與沿海大城蒙巴薩兩個城市。

另外，以色列曾在攻擊前警告肯亞當局，恐怖分子將有計畫地針對在肯亞的以色列人資產進行攻擊，而這次恐怖攻擊的目標西門商場，就是由以色列人在當地所擁有的物業。
