中古車商勾結汽車業務　收購報廢車冒貸

【張芳榮／台北報導】1名40歲劉姓中古車商收購八八風災的泡水車，及發生車禍的事故車，與36歲陳姓汽車公司業務員勾結，以當舖提供的人頭辦車貸，取得貸款金後落跑；遭逼債時，就立刻換1面車牌變「新車」，讓汽車貸款公司找不到人車，並再跟另1家汽車貸款公司，用同手法再騙1次。

1名車主所開的VOLVO車，只開1年多，就在路上發生車禍撞得西八爛，如果修車要花1百多萬元，他就將車以1萬元賣給劉男報廢，不料劉男拿走他的證件後，竟將車拿去過戶，還貸款80萬元。警方通知VOLVO車主時，他才知道自己報廢的車，被中古車行拿去辦過戶並辦車貸，直呼「太超過！」

台北市刑大偵3隊獲報後，循線逮捕劉男、陳男等10人，並查扣10塊汽車車牌，昨天全案依詐欺罪移送法辦。
