殷瑋請蘇貞昌面對司法關說本質

民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天在民進黨黨慶活動表示，馬英九總統藉著監聽，侵犯人權，沒有憲法民主的觀念。國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋說，蘇貞昌喜歡大談民主及憲政素養，那就不應迴避柯建銘是司法關說案源頭的事件本質。
