監聽立院總機 特偵組嚴正否認

特偵組遭質疑濫權監聽又添一樁，媒體報導特偵組曾掛線監聽立法院總機0972630***，時間長達近1個月，特偵組發言人楊榮宗上午召開記者會澄清，確實有監聽該支電話，但他以斬釘截鐵的口吻連說多次: 「這絕對不是立法院的總機」。

楊榮宗解釋，監聽該電話是事實，但該電話當時是「私人手機」，至於是何人使用的電話? 他說，因追查結果發現並未涉及刑事犯罪和行政不法，已經簽結，不能對外公布電話是何人使用。
