【曾伯愷／新北報導】33歲陳姓男子因缺錢買毒品，日前在三重區重新路3段附近，隨機搶奪路人脖子上的金項鍊後，變賣獲現2萬4000多元。案發後遭警方追捕到案，警訊後依搶奪、竊盜罪嫌移送法辦，當天檢方複訊後交保候傳。
 
不料，本周日陳嫌再度隨機搶奪婦人金項鍊，並隨即變賣獲現得手1萬4000多元，警方不眠不休偵辦，終於將陳男逮捕歸案，訊後再將其依搶奪罪嫌移送法辦，並建請檢察官羈押；不過陳男複訊後，檢方依舊予以交保，讓承辦警員深感無奈，大嘆：「我抓人你放生，那賣命抓賊有何用？」
