司法關說案 總統籲王金平勿迴避

立法院長涉入關說司法個案，馬總統今晚與立委座談時表示，今天換成是其他人去關說，他的處理方式也是一樣，不是針對王金平進行所謂的鬥爭。他希望當事人能坦然面對，不能迴避關說司法個案的本質問題。

在場立委表達力挺「大是大非、力求真理」的方向，勉勵馬總統堅持捍衛司法獨立的底線，有立委說「樹頭若站得住，不怕樹尾作風颱」，同時要尋求黨內團結，絕對不能讓有心人士趁火打劫。也有立委擔心未來處理人民陳情，容易被行政機關列為「關說」，造成立委選民服務的壓力。
