解立院僵局 綠提連戰模式

立法院朝野持續對峙，行政院長江宜樺今天第三度無法進行施政報告。民進黨團在協商時，提議比照一九九六年的「連戰模式」，將施政報告與總質詢延後，或者將報告改為書面等兩種方案，替立院僵局解套。對此，國民黨團認為不能由黨鞭擅自決定，周一將舉行黨團大會討論。
