內湖新案「三十三樂」　戶戶都有小農園

【鄒雯涵／台北報導】都市也有田園樂！內湖五期重劃區新預售案「三十三樂」大樓頂層規劃烤肉區，每戶擁有1.2坪植栽空間，可種植花草、蔬菜等，民眾即使住在都市，也能享受田園生活。「三十三樂」規劃70坪及2戶97坪樓中樓，僅17戶，開價每坪90~95萬元。預計於10月初正式開案。

該案基地面2000坪明美綠帶公園第1排，客廳大面窗、低檯度設計使窗景綠意環繞，各戶窗外皆看倒101大樓。
