想請教一下我開車要右轉但是右轉車道有事故變得我要到中間車道右轉在轉的時候後方有機車硬在我跟事故車中間鑽然後就A到我的車就跑走了我是轉彎車直行車比較大最後有行車紀錄器+警局備案時間是1年前...這幾天保費提高才知道保險公司跟我說他沒結案聯絡不到對方所以對方完全沒事(拖超久) 他最後還補充說對方有賠的話我保費要更高 (保費提高我可以保其他間吧!!!) 想請問肇逃的直行車都不用負責嗎? -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.85.158 ※ 編輯: handsomepow 來自: 111.248.85.158 (09/27 17:12)
