各位前輩好我是私大非本科畢,有幸拿到幾個offer,想請益哪個比較有發展性? 原PO是女生公司 A B C 地點走路大眾運輸大眾運輸職務駐點工程師網路工程師傳輸工程師薪水 N+3k*14 N+3k*15 N+2k*14 工時 8:30~17:30 8:30~17:30 9:00-18:00 住所租屋租屋租屋福利三節獎金, 每年確定會調薪三節獎金手機通訊補助調薪幅度高除年終有額外獎金1.X個月三節獎金外商規模中小中 A的工作內容較偏行政,發展性不高,但距離租屋處走路就會到,省下交通費且駐點是正職,之後會回原公司,原公司產業是無線方面. B距離遠,每個月除了租屋費用還需多支出一仟多元的交通費但每年會調薪15%以上,公司文化7X24服務,需簽約三年 C做電信傳輸,根據同行了解該公司非常操,電信業,但外商公司制度好不需簽約,也是7X24服務如果以各位前輩的眼光來看未來發展性,會選擇哪個呢？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.163.30
