朝野協商無共識　江揆仍無法登台

【顏振凱／台北報導】立法院下午院會，本預定進行行政院長施政報告並備詢，不過朝野依舊為了行政院長江宜樺是否要道歉僵持，立法院長王金平和朝野黨鞭在議場後方協商許久仍無結果，下午3點48分左右，江揆和民進黨立院黨團總召集人柯建銘等人分別走入議場，柯還對綠委們高喊「下課了」。

3點57分，立法院長王金平也出來宣布：「各黨團今日會議因行政院長施政報告並備質詢議程尚無共識，繼續休息協商，10月1日上午9點繼續開會。」民進黨立委此時也站到議場中央高喊「沒有道歉，沒有上台，江宜樺下台、馬英九下台，濫權監聽、通通下台」等口號，江揆則率閣員快閃離去。
