酒駕累犯罰不怕　再涉公危送辦

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市馬姓男子（40歲，公共危險前科）、朱姓男子（48歲，公共危險前科）是朋友，今天凌晨各騎機車行經東勢區東蘭路，發現東勢交通分隊的警員巡邏，兩男趕快竄入鄰近巷弄，警調查發現馬男酒測值1.71毫克／公升，朱男0.97毫克／公升，依照公共危險罪送辦。

兩男都坦承有酒駕行為，一起在東勢區一家小吃店飲酒，各喝三杯左右的米酒。其中馬男有五次酒駕前科，朱男有三次酒駕前科。警方痛斥，真的抓不怕，喝了酒還騎機車。
