航空業將決定是否統一減少碳排放

歐、美、俄等全球百餘國，將就是否為航空業設計一套減少碳排放的市場工具做最後決定。這是全球第一個為減少航空業碳排放做出的承諾。

聯合國國際民航組織（ICAO）190多國的協商代表，將在24日展開的會議上，決定是否支持為航空業設立一套以市場為基礎的減碳措施；航空業排放的溫室氣體占全球約2%。這項計畫的細節將於2016年決定，2020年前上路。

國際航空運輸協會（IATA）總經理泰勒（Tony Tyler）表示，如果全球航空業未統一減少碳排放的措施，業者各自制定的減碳計畫可能互相競爭，進而導致貿易戰激增。
