記者從重慶市衛生局獲悉，全市8月報告無甲類法定管理傳染病，呼吸道傳染病、腸道傳染病等疾病的發病率和2012年同期相比有所上升，因傳染病死亡57人。專家提醒，目前氣溫溫差較大，市民因謹防流感、紅眼病、霍亂等傳染性疾病。

發病率較去年同期有所上升

根據華龍網報導，據了解，全市8月報告乙類法定管理傳染病8916例，其中血源及性傳播疾病4361例、呼吸道傳染病3053例、腸道傳染病1407例、蟲媒及自然疫源性傳染病95例，與2013年7月相比，發病率下降3.21%，與2012年8月相比，發病率上升16.58%。

全市報告丙類法定管理傳染病5455例，其中其他感染性腹瀉病3497例、手足口病1032例、流行性腮腺炎675例、急性出血性結膜炎155例、流行性感冒69例、風疹25例、斑疹傷寒1例，比2013年7月下降28.77%，比2012年8月上升21.79%。

57人死於傳染病

市衛生局提供的資料顯示，8月全市乙類法定管理傳染病死亡56人，其中愛滋病38人、肺結核6人、乙肝5人、狂犬病3人、乙腦2人、丙肝1人、腸道傳染1人，與2013年7月相比，死亡率上升9.80%，與2012年8月相比，死亡率上升80.65%。

同時，在報告丙類法定管理傳染病中，因手足口病死亡1人，與2013年7月相比，死亡率下降50.00%。

溫差較大 謹防流感、紅眼病等傳染性疾病

市衛生局提醒：目前日均溫差變化較大，且大中小學校已經秋季開學，是腸道、呼吸道以及密切接觸傳播的傳染病高發季節，市民特別要警惕防控流行性感冒、紅眼病、霍亂、痢疾和其他感染性腹瀉等傳染病生。

此外，當發生流行性感冒、紅眼病、痢疾和其他感染性腹瀉以及其他傳染病時，市民須及時就醫，早診斷、早治療。
