【鍾裕能／綜合報導】角逐美聯外卡的印地安人，9局下被雙城狂攻4分，差點遭逆轉，還好後援救援史密斯(Joe Smith)及時登板，演出再見三振，保住5比4的戰果，也保住印地安人在美聯外卡第2的地位。
 
在美聯外卡排名第3的遊騎兵，則在9局下靠著代打的普羅法(Jurickson Profar)擊出再見全壘打，同樣也以6比5力克天使，繼續緊咬印地安人，兩隊繼續維持1場勝差。
