好友為錢反目　傳LINE討債被控恐嚇

【蔡進男／基隆報導】「要死大家一起抱著死！」陳姓與葉姓男子原是好朋友，但因2人有債務糾紛，日前葉男不斷連絡陳男出面討論還款事宜，但陳男皆拒不出面，葉情急之下，用LINE傳訊息給陳男，「一騙再騙對你有什麼好處」、「要死大家抱著一起死」，陳男據此向警方控告葉男恐嚇。

檢方認為，看了前後文字意思，葉男只是表達對陳男不出面處理債務糾紛的不滿，加上陳男也坦承與葉男有債務糾紛，全案偵結，不起訴處分。
