美裁定日本汽車供應商聯合壟斷，判罰7.4億美元

美國法院26日認定日本汽車零件供應商與2名公司主管聯合壟斷罪名成立，並判罰7.4億美元。法院表示，涉案關係人操控汽車零件價格共30餘項，其中包含安全帶、雨刷、空調系統、電動窗馬達等，時間起自2000年至2012年。

據法新社報導，涉案情節最重大的日立汽車系統(Hitachi Automotive Systems)已認罪並同意支付1.95億美元罰金，但尚待法院方面核可。

三菱電機遭罰1.9億美元，是本案受傷第二重的日本企業。其它被裁罰的企業還有，三菱重工、捷太科特(JTEKT Corporation)、Mitsuba Corp、NSK Ltd、T.RAD Co.、Valeo Japan Co與Yamashita Rubber等。
