戶口名簿將有重大變革！內政部26日通過「戶籍法」修正案，明年2月5日起，將推動新式戶口名簿，民眾可以依照個人需求，選擇申請列印完整或簡明資料，免除再申請戶籍謄本的麻煩。

內政部民政司表示，新式與舊式戶口名簿最大差異，在於可依照流水碼等辨識符號在網路上查驗，查驗結果僅顯示是否與檔存戶籍資料相符，不揭露任何個人戶籍資料。

為達到簡政便民，本次草案也增訂民眾得向任一戶政事務所請領結婚、離婚、婚姻紀錄、遷徙紀錄及姓名更改紀錄等證明書。另配合原住民身分法相關法規，亦增訂原住民身分及民族別登記之規定。

內政部強調，本次戶籍法部分條文的修正，是為因應實務需求，強化戶籍管理，並確保民眾權益，修正草案後續將依法制作業程序，送請行政院審查。
