22建商從雙北出走　卡位中南部

【劉曉霞／台北報導】雙北土地價格高漲、取得難度高，北部建商轉往中南部購地推案，包括華固、遠雄及麗寶、富邦等22家大型建商，爭相卡位雙北市以外都會區，建商「南征北討」效應已在北、中、南都會區全面開打。

《住展》雜誌統計，近年來，跨區推案的知名建商多達22家，華固、長虹、宏普、皇翔等大台北區知名建商，也密集到台中地區看地，打算進軍台中。遠雄建設今年8月花12.66億元在台中南屯區購地3087坪，將推出樓高21層、總銷約60億元的大樓產品，作為首次進軍台中的灘頭堡。
