【黎百代/桃園報導】前陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案移由桃園地方法院審理，今下午2時20分第一次交叉詰問，陸軍542旅6名被告、2名證人共8人出庭集合，除3名在押被告前副旅長何江忠、旅部連長徐信正、上士范佐憲外，另有前旅長沈威志、上士陳以人、旅部連副連長劉延俊，加上2位名列為證人的女士官。

洪家則是舅舅胡世和、大姐洪慈庸及委任律師顧立雄出庭，舅舅胡世和表示有些證據沒辦法釐清，希望法院能審慎審理，副旅長何江忠妻子今也到庭關心。
