柯建銘嗆黃世銘　國民黨：躲在免責保護傘下

【晏明強／台北報導】民進黨團總召柯建銘昨日在立院質詢時，公然對指控他關說司法的檢察總長黃世銘嗆聲，國民黨發言人殷瑋中午表示，柯建銘如果自信清白，覺得自己毫無問題，何不走出立法院，接受人民公評？為何要躲在國會言論免責的保護傘下，迴避司法關說責任，且毫不迴避質詢，還公然嗆聲。

另外對於柯昨指控國民黨文傳會主委蕭旭岑安排黃世銘向總統報告。殷瑋也說，蕭昨已公開澄清否認，柯若以為在拿不出證據的情況下，隨便編個故事傷害不相干的人，就可以轉移涉入司法關說案的焦點，只會更顯現出自己迴避關說案、不敢接受檢驗的心虛。
