審查審計長同意權　出席立委不夠無法開會

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院今天舉行全院聯席委員會，審查審計長被提名人林慶隆的同意權案，但與本會期前兩次院會，立法院邀行政院長江宜樺作施政報告時朝野立委劍拔弩張的氣氛相較，今天立委明顯顯得意興闌珊，9點開會時間到，立法院秘書長林錫山宣布開會人數，出席立委竟只有22人，不足法定的3分之1，立法院長王金平只好宣布，先休息30分鐘，等立委簽到人數足夠後再開會。
