【綜合報導】位在非洲的蘇丹政府，近日決定停止燃料補助，引發當地民眾不滿，從23日開始在首都喀土木(Khartoum)引發爆動，目前傳出已有24人死亡。

由於當地警民衝突不斷，預估死傷人數會持續攀升，而美國駐喀土木大使館也呼籲，各方不要訴諸武力和暴力，尊重公民自由和和平集會權利。
