開車低頭看簡訊　撞車害人喪母

【綜合報導】台中市送貨司機黃曉峰今年4月送貨途中，因低頭察看手機簡訊，不慎撞上前方因故障臨停在慢車道的小貨車，造成駕駛母親傷重死亡，黃男懊悔因一瞬間低頭釀禍，賠償家屬158萬元和解，台中地院昨依業務過失致死罪，判他10月徒刑，緩刑2年。

台中市交通大隊大隊長吳啟瑞呼籲：「不幸就在一剎那之間，低頭1、2秒就可能造成憾事。」吳指出依《道路交通處罰條例》規定，開車使用手機撥接、通話、滑來滑去看LINE、臉書，處罰金3千元，若騎機車或腳踏車則可處罰1千元。
