【娛樂綜合報導】于美人老公James今天下午三點召開記者會，稱被于美人逼到牆角，氣得對妻提出離婚訴訟，並控她謊話連篇，在婚姻期間有許多不良行徑，其中暗指女方對婚姻不忠，以及分居後只要女兒，不要兒子。于美人稍晚將委託律師對James的言論發表聲明。
 
于美人與老公James的家務事持續延燒，James表示不滿于美人對他的不實指控，包括對外謊稱他揹負千萬債務，實際上是將他列為納稅義務人所產生的稅額。同時列舉子女生活學費等開銷，向他索討1220萬元，以及對他的家人提出四項官司訴訟，因此被逼得狗急跳牆提出離婚，對這段徹底死心。于美人稍早對老公James的指控表示：「目前沒什麼要回應的。」
