小妹今年30最近去面試一個工作產業領域特別也是自己喜歡類別面試內容還滿仔細有考中英打跟文書處理 excel邏輯概念等也問了覺得之前的公司有哪些好的文化或福利哪個主管很好為什麼這是以前面試從沒被問過的問題這間公司應該滿重視員工的感受(當下這樣覺得) 問題這間公司離家裡單程搭捷運20分鐘再換公車30分鐘還不包括走路等公車的時間單程大概要1.5小時薪水我開38k但對方沒正面答應我說是要再問上面年假到職後按比例給(用7天去算) 滿一年14天從6月到現在中間去了一間公司一個半月發現沒保勞健保而離開我住家裡所以也不會在外租房子請問如果是你們以上的條件會去嗎謝謝^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.170.218
