柯建銘再爆　遭前議員索賄300萬元

【綜合報導】立委柯建銘下午在司法與法制委員會再度批判特偵組亂辦案，柯表示，特偵組以他全民電通案曾是高院涉貪法官陳榮和承辦案件，就認定他是陳的白手套，還監聽他的電話，根本是政治追殺。柯還爆料台北市前議員許富男曾經向他表示，有辦法幫他擺平官司，但要花3百萬元。柯說，他本來就清白，當場就拒絕。
 
柯建銘並表示，《法官法》在上個會期通過時，他在簽署這法案時，他就將這遭遇法官透過白手套索賄300萬元的事情向司法院秘書長林錦芳表達。
